10 Minute At-Home Workout

It’s easy to find reasons to NOT workout.

  • I’m tired
  • I had a long day at work
  • I get bored with at-home workouts
  • I’m too out of shape
  • Working out isn’t fun for me
  • I’m sore
  • I don’t have time

The list goes on and on with reasons justifying why we should skip the workout we planned for ourselves. Sure you’re tired; we’re all tired. Yes you had a long day; we all had a long day!

When you stop finding excuses, get your booty up off the couch, and MOVE YO BODY body, you will see change.

Yes it’s hard to deny your own comfort. You will have to sacrifice something to make time for a workout. But friend, if you really want to make changes, then it will be worth it.

Join me this week in a challenge to MOVE YO BODY!

The goal of this challenge is to encourage you to move your body this week! Each day you (and I ) will complete this Countdown Workout! Post a picture, video, or story on your Instagram page, and be sure to mention me in the post @katerinafaith. Moving your body should be fun, and what better way than to workout and challenge each other?

This is a SUPER SIMPLE workout that I have loved for many years. It gets my heart rate up, and I feel like a total beast when I am done. You can complete the workout at your own pace, and you don’t even have to time it if you don’t want to! Personally, I like to time myself that way I can try to beat my record when I do the workout again! Be sure to click on the image below so you can take a screenshot and save it for later.
